Mr. Lipsky has been conducting private investigations since 2005. He retired from the FBI with over 25 years of experience in 2004, notably, who raided the Rocky Flats Nuclear Weapons Plant in 1989 that shut down weapons-grade plutonium-239 bomb/trigger manufacturing. Nuclear waste is not your friend. Mr. Lipsky was also a Las Vegas, Nevada Metropolitan Police Department sworn officer for over five (5) years. Mr. Lipsky is also the owner and qualified manager of Mission Accomplished Investigations a California-based private investigations agency, license # 24434.
